These pre-made Torch Coils are made by taking two different flat ribbon wires, wrapping a thin standard wire diagonally around one and then twisting the two together.

Our torch coils comprise of a length of 0.2mm x 0.8mm flat ribbon wire and tightly wrapping 32 gauge kanthal A1 around it. This resulting wire is then twisted together with 0.4mm x 1.0mm flat ribbon wire and then coiled at 0.2 ohms.
