What is Vaping?
The simple definition of vaping isthe act of inhaling vapour through a personal vapouriser (better known as an electronic cigarette).
Vaping has increasingly gained popularity over the past few years worldwide, as an alternative to smoking and although vaping may look very similar to smoking, in most important respects it is completely different.
An e-cigarette is a device that allows you to inhale nicotine in a vapour rather than smoke. E-cigarettes don’t contain tobacco and don’t produce tar or carbon monoxide. Vaping works by heating a solution that typically contains nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine, and flavourings that are usually suspended in propylene glycol.
