Sweet Cream by Crystal Flavour Labs is a thick-bodied, not too sweet cream flavour. Ideal in any dessert recipe to add a creamy note to the flavour or sparingly to fruit flavours to add a thicker, creamier mouthfeel. This concentrate benefits from a longer steeping time.

Recommended Mix: 10 – 15%.

Recommended Steep time: 1 – 4 Weeks.
