Ok so the flavour is simple. If you have ever had a fox’s mint glacier before it’s simply that but without the mint. Mixed at 2% which I think is a little high. I think 1% to 1.5% is probably just right for this. It’s just what I was looking for. Thanks!

So Ive been using this with a few different fruits to get some really good sweet flavours. Though I like to add a drop of sweetner or TPA sweet and tart to really make it pop.
