Perfumer’s Apprentice Dulce De Leche Concentrate provides a rich, creamy caramel flavour based on the classic Spanish confection. Dulce de Leche means “Sweetness of Milk” in Spain, where it is a popular treat for spreading onto ice cream or crepes. Perfumer’s Apprentice Dulce De Leche Concentrate has a rich and gooey caramel flavour which can be good as a stand-alone or used to soften or add a creamy depth to other flavours; it is a popular and versatile addition to custard, dessert, creams and even tobacco recipes. This is a very strong concentrate, which can easily overwhelm other flavours, so use it sparingly at first- we recommend no more than 1%-2% when added to a DIY recipe. Like most creams and custard type flavours, it will benefit from an extended steeping time of at least two weeks to enjoy this gorgeous flavour at its best.
Recommended percentage: 10%
Recommended steep time: 1-3 weeks
Perfumer’s Apprentice flavour concentrates are among the world’s finest and they enjoy a trusted and well deserved reputation among DIY vapers. Founded in 2004 in Santa Cruz California, Perfumers Apprentice produce their flavour concentrates using only the finest ingredients, all of which are certified as food-safe and conform to the strictest standards of quality and purity enforced by the State of California.
Ingredients
Natural & Artificial Flavours, Propylene Glycol, Lactic Acid, Vanilla Extract.
This flavour contains ‘custard’ ingredients: Acetoin & Acetylpropionyl.
Notes
- This is a concentrated flavouring to be mixed in a DIY e-liquid. It is not to be vaped without diluting.
- We suggest mixing most Perfumer’s Apprentice concentrates at approximately 5-10% initially and then adjusting to your personal taste.
- All of the Perfumer’s Apprentice concentrates we stock are PG based.
- There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.
- The Perfumer’s Apprentice and The Flavour Apprentice are the same company and the products are the same. We only use the Perfumer’s Apprentice name because it is more widely recognised.

Strong creamy caramel. Mix with TPA Vanilla bean ice cream for a caramel vanilla ice cream
John Dyason –
My second one this flavour have been using it now for a few months and it is very good flavour to keep in your mix box can be used in almost any recipe but only need low amounts 1 percent and as low as 0.5 adds a nice creamy texture to your mix but can over power if used in high amounts goes great with custard recipes and butterscotch mixs
????Don’t smoke vape
scrampunk –
Guide says 5-10%, I used 4% and it was still extremely potent and overpowered my other flavour. Seems like a good flavour, just mix with caution. 1% or under should be plenty for your juice!
John Dyason –
Goes great with custard at two percent or butterscotch leave to stepp for seven to ten days then its ready to vape good to have in your mix box ?✌ Don’t smoke vape

Lovely flavour and very versatile, will be needing a bigger bottle next time 😉

d.sewell3 –
Great for adding a sweet creaminess to any mix.
Kerrie –
Useful to have in your kit as it can make some flavours a lot nicer, peanut butter cup is ok but with 3% de leche is delicious
mervyn –
very nice and despatch time of one day to Northern ireland Brilliant.
my goto company for everything now.
Shamisa –
I like it but some say it tastes like machine oil
Lee Grant –
as a mixer only and be very cautious with it, 1% is more than enough to get the great taste through
Benjamin –
Very rich flavour but lovely on its own or mixed with others
bjhowarth.bh –

Gareth –

ryan.perrett –
Ordered two by accident oh well glad I did this is a really good flavour
shaun –
quite strong use in desserts i find 1% and a good steep works for me
Michalis –
Use in low % to give depth to creams, flavors with nuts and custards
Felix –
Been creating a series of sweet goodies for Christmas and Dulche round the mix off with a lovely gooeyness akin to a can of sweetened condense milk. Great for a dessert mix and lovely with a touch of biscuit. mmmhhh.. Lovely. x
Brian –
Very strong tasting good in tobacco based liquids.
Jennifer –
Adore this. I’ve been popping a bit in with some vanilla custard and it makes a lovely far too sweet but in a good way vape. It’s complex enough that a low percentage added to any sweet liquid just lifts the whole thing to another level. Everyone needs a bottle or two of this in their kit.
coffeemonster142 –
works great with coconut if you are looking for the bounty taste
Neil –
Not much to say about this one……already been covered below. But I would agree use this sparingly, massive flavour even in small percentages.
d.sewell3 –
Strong sweet and delicious, excellent value, lifts any recipe.

suehall.1510 –
Gives a creamy flavour to concentrates. I use 1-2% and let it steep for a week or so.
billalsaeed2 –
Very strong but one of the best purchases I have ever made, completely transforms the liquid if you follow the right recipes, a must have for any DIYer that plans on doing custards!!
mark –
nice addition for custard @ low %’s
ashley.mg.watts –
Awesome flavor, it can help round out dessert blends that are lacking depth. Its slightly sweet and milky on the inhale, and the exhale is similar to a light graham cracker flavor. Makes an amazing custard, and can add a slight bakery note to dessert flavors or coffees.
Paul –
A rich creamy flavour, perfect in custards at 3% and adds an interesting twist to RY4 @ 2%
zainfx –
This smells absolutely lush, creamy soo creamy! I added a few drops to some caramel candy straight of the bat a very sweet creamy vape! going to let it steep for a week only good things can happen! 🙂
Stewart –
Strong, sweet & delicious! A must have for your flavour stash. Elevates liquids to a whole new level with delicious caramel notes.
Stefan –
All you need is a few drops in any desert vape to really round of flavors. 1-3% in any custard type vape is perfect
David –
This is a really nice caramel-type taste but use sparingly as it is very powerful and will overwhelm other flavours you have added to the mix very easily. 1 to 2% is plenty to add as a compliment to other flavours without overpowering them. It is also a flavour that improves quite dramatically the longer you allow it to steep. It starts quite boldly and a little harshly but mellows and rounds out over time, finally settling to its best after two weeks or so. Very nice and a little goes a long way!
Katherine –
Good to add to other blends to make them a bit more buttery/creamy. Works well with Capella Peanut Butter (which isn’t buttery enough).
justin –
the best, the taste is outstanding
denys –
