Inawera is a well-known flavour house based in Poland in the EU. Renowned for the potency and strength of their flavours, a little really does go a long way with this brand. Due to the strength of Inawera concentrates they have a brilliant range of high-quality flavours that are great value for money. Because the flavours are strong you can use them, in most cases, with half the amount of a standard concentrate and this can save you money in the long run. They come in two varieties, the normal concentrates and the Shisha range of Inawera which is for the most premium and most popular flavour concentrates.

Mixed at 3%. Tastes like candied watermelon, kind of like what you get from a lolly. If you are looking for authentic that has a realistic “watery” taste, then go for FlavourArts version. This INW one is good but it’s just not for me.

The best watermelon flavouring I’ve found to date. I like it as a standalone, even without any sweetener added. Refreshing.
I also want to thank Mustafa (who was the only reviewer at the time I purchased) for the recipe they posted. I’m back here to order ingredients to make up more of their recipe! No idea if Mustafa will ever see this – but thank you! Your recipe is very much to my taste 🙂

This is like a fresh natural watermelon juice in smell and taste. 1 to 5% in a mix and 4 ~ 5% in a standalone (with 1% sucralose).
IMO most watermelon concentrates tend to live in the candy side of watermelon and very few taste smell and taste natural. Also creating the perfect Watermelon concentrate is not easy, it’s one of those fruits that in its organic shape doesn’t have any strong smell or taste, compared to things like orange for instance. So, I think Inawera did excellent job here.
Try this mix in a ratio of 30/70 and steep for 7 days.
