Capella Grapefruit Concentrate delivers the zesty and sharp citrus tang of freshly sliced grapefruit and its versatile taste makes it an essential addition for fruit and beverage DIY recipes. This grapefruit concentrate will add a touch of bright zestiness to your mixes, because the tangy citrus flavour pairs well with other citrus fruits and works particularly well when used in a tropical mix with pineapple and coconut. Use Capella Grapefruit Concentrate in a mouth-watering pink lemonade by combining it with lemon, lime and raspberry flavours or for something a bit different, try a scrumptious grapefruit and ginger meringue pie.

I agree with what Aidan has said – I really was hoping for a really tangy punch in the face but it kinda disappointed in that respect. In saying that, it seems to work reasonably well in a supporting role for tropical flavours. I also have it steeping in that role in a citrus blend atm using some Lemon, Lime and a touch of Mandarin. Hopefully it’ll lend something to the mix.
Not bad, but I’d definitely appreciate more of that mouthwatering ‘tang’ you get with an ‘analog’ grapefruit.

Bit meh. I was expecting something refreshing with a tang. Again not bad, but just not what I was looking.
