Welcome to Vapable’s Help and FAQs section! Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about ordering from us. Based in Southport, England, we’re a family-run business, passionate about vaping and dedicated to providing the very best customer service in the industry since 2012. Ordering & Order Tracking

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our extensive range of e-liquids, vape kits, or DIY vaping supplies.

  2. As you browse, add your desired products to your cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment details. You can checkout as a guest. However, if you create an account you’ll start collecting loyalty points to be used as discounts against future orders.

Are there any discounts available?

There are often various deals running across the site. Check out our deals page for the latest.

If you sign up to our newsletter, you’ll be the first to know about any new deals, codes or flash sales.

What are the payment options?

At the checkout you’ll have the choice of paying with any major debit or credit card by Viva Wallet or Worldpay. Both are 100% secure, we just like to offer you a choice, in case you have a preference.

Is payment secure?

Our card payments are fully Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. PCI DSS is an externally validated set of security standards designed to protect cardholder data during transactions.

We have also decided not to offer to store your card information for future transactions, as some websites do. We feel that this is safer for you.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We pride ourselves on picking, packing and dispatching orders as quickly as we can. So please contact us as soon as possible Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm on 01704 222999 or via support@vapable.com. Changes are only possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues upon delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

What are your delivery options?

Our shipping partners are Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and UPS.

If your order is over £20 you will receive free shipping. Smaller and lighter parcels will be sent with Royal Mail’s 24 Tracked service. Bulkier parcels will be sent via one of our couriers.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you full details, includimg a tracking number, by email.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send you details of who is delivering your parcel, along with a tracking number, by email as soon as it has been dispatched.

How long will my delivery take?

Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched that  same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). None of our couriers collect from us on Saturday or Sunday, so any order placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

All of our couriers express an aim to deliver on the next working day (Mon-Fri). However, as we all know from experience, there can sometimes be delays with any delivery service.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

After you have checked your tracking information, if you feel like an order is taking too long to arrive, please contact our friendly team, Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, by phone on 01704 222999 or via email at: support@vapable.com.

We will investigate and get the problem resolved.

Returns and Warranties

Can I return something I don't want?

You can change your mind about any unopened product within 14 days and then return it to us. Please note that this policy excludes liquids.

What if something is faulty?

If you receive a faulty product, we will replace it or refund you (your choice) and reimburse any return shipping costs.

What is the lifespan of my product?

Pods and coils are disposable products that are expected to last anywhere between a few days and a few weeks, depending on usage. Cheaper mods and batteries  have an expected lifespan of around 3-6 months, whereas higher quality devices can last years, again depending on usage and care.
