Perfumer’s Apprentice Butterscotch Concentrate will impart the gorgeously addictive flavour of rich and creamy butterscotch to your DIY recipes. We recommend that you use this concentrate as a complement to other flavours rather than using it as a base- it pairs well with creams and caramel flavours but as this butterscotch is quite light, you may need to increase it to around 15% in your mix. Perfumer’s Apprentice Butterscotch Concentrate makes a good addition to dessert or bakery DIY mixtures and can be used to sweeten your e-liquid with a soft buttery flavour. If this concentrate gets really cold, sometimes little crystals can form in the bottle- this is harmless, and they will go away if you warm the bottle gently.
Recommended percentage: 10 – 15%
Recommended steep time: 1-3 weeks

Notes
- This is a concentrated flavouring to be mixed in a DIY e-liquid. It is not to be vaped without diluting.
- We suggest mixing most Perfumer’s Apprentice concentrates at approximately 5-10% initially and then adjusting to your personal taste.
- All of the Perfumer’s Apprentice concentrates we stock are PG based.
- There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.
- The Perfumer’s Apprentice and The Flavour Apprentice are the same company and the products are the same. We only use the Perfumer’s Apprentice name because it is more widely recognised.

Smells really strong, mix it up and.. Meh. Nothing special can hardly taste it. Use to much however and it tastes like coffee
Aidan –
Needs to be a bit stronger for me.

Takes a lot of steeping and it works better in more rounded recipes than standalone, like others have suggested use sweetner and caramel to bring out the best of this.
Paul –
when not used as a standalone flavour, still needs quite a high percentage to get that butterscotch feel to it, works well with creams and caramel

As previously mentioned, needs to be used generously, a touch of caramel makes it perfect!

Nice flavour for desert/sweet mixes

OK Butterscotch but it just isn’t there for me. I’m a big TFA fan if I’m honest and primarily use TFA. However for Butterscotch I use FW… its just so much better and mixes well. This is good, FW is better. Mix them together though, and its interesting in a pudding mix!

Impressed with this flavour, not many ccompanies have got it right, needs to be mixed at 15-20% but worth it.
Robert –
I mixed this at 20% it is lovely and smooth . nice butterscotch flavour not sickening . love it !
Gary –
mixed at 20% with 5% of sweetener 2%caramel mite make it even sweeter, like having a mouth full of butterscotch 10/10
robert –
mixed this using 12% got the butterscotch flavour but feel you need more than 12% to get full flavour but that is my opinion i like my flavours to be a bit strong but all in all nice vape in a single mix
