I bought this item solely for safety reasons as I was not happy using a mobile phone charger because it would get rather hot and so would my device and using a laptop is not ideal either. This charger is made for the job,it is sturdy,portable and does not get hot nor does my device anymore. Safety always comes first for me and I am very happy with this product. Recommended.
